Attention students who are graduating or filing of leave of absence: the School of Environmental Science and Management will implement an online system to facilitate the process of your clearance.

Students must follow the following steps for the online process of their clearance:
- Fill-up the google form.
- The Faculty, REPS, and Staff will be able to receive your request. They may to Approve, Decline, or Comment. If they tick the COMMENT button, this would mean that you need to comply, with pending requirements, and/or need to return something, etc.
- If one clicks “COMMENT”, you will receive an email which will say “more info has been requested”.
- Please reply directly to the one requesting the info.
- Once you comply with all the needed requirements, your clearance will be approved.
- If everyone approves your request, you will receive an email informing that your clearance is complete. Please see below sample of approved student clearance:
4. Once the completed clearance is received, please send a copy to Ms. Malou G. Mendoza ([email protected]) and copy furnish Dr. Loucel E. Cui ([email protected]) for recording purposes.

The online clearance system is in line with university’s policy on the digital processing of documents due to the prevailing health emergency caused by COVID-19 pandemic.
